Won't be watching because I am not watching ABC due to the cancellations of One Life to Live, and All my Children. Really Tim Gunn that would surely kill any interest I would have had in watching. The One life to Live replacement disaster is tanking big time... way to drag in viewers... Not sure where the logic is in this.
ABC/Disney go ahead keep the idiots you have running the network and you may have nothing left soon. I used to love your programming, but then you decided to go cheap and lost me and millions of other fans. Not only was it a terrible decision to get out of the Soap Opera business, but then to put crappy hosts on wanna be, copycat, much cheaper versions of shows on other networks is awful. Not to mention the recycling of bachelors and bachelorettes, especially the ones that have already accepted proposals within the year. Your low budget program is going to ruin your network. I do want to thank you since you ruining The Bachelor with the trashy contestants, I flipped over to NBC last night and watched The Voice and Smash. They were fantastic!!
Why didn't the author of this article mention that the Revolution has less than half of the rating that One Life to Live had? ABC execs have no commonsense.
ABC is almost dead to me since the cancellations of AMC and OLTL. I watch GH and that's it. I might rethink my position if they do the right thing and give the rights to the shows to Agnes Nixon or someone who will actually air them. At the very least they should acknowledge their mistake and make this travesty right with the soap fans.
I am not watching the Grammys. I haven't watched ABC since they cancelled AMC and OLTL two shows that have such a history to put two shows on that are tanking big time. Sorry ABC you lost alot of loyal viewers when you axed our favorite soaps. And Tim Gunn makes me want to gag!
Tim Gunn costs ABC MILLIONS of viewers on a daily basis, fronting a show that has already become notorious as the worst disaster in daytime history (down over 50% in its time slot over recent ratings for One Life to Live). The staggeringly poor lead-in from Gunn's show has also led to rapidly dwindling ratings for General Hospital, and an unprecedented surge for CBS daytime, where The Talk is now The Talk of the Town, on the strength of disgruntled One Life to Live fans tuning in. And ABC thinks it's a good idea for him to co-host a lead-in to the Oscars? A man whose very presence on their network causes literally millions of viewers to switch the channel on a daily basis? I predict a ratings disaster of Irwin Allenesque proportions!
Wow - what a boring troupe on nonentities in one place at one time. What else will they be able to ad lib other than, "Who are you wearing?" Put Eddie Murphy on this show!
I will not be watching Tim Gunn on any show! I tried to watch his new daytime show and it was very boring. I can just image how boring the Pre-Oscars will be with Gunn as one of the host.
Marie Claire editor Joanna Coles will serve as mentor to 13 past runners-up, including fan favorites Mondo Guerra and Austin Scarlett. Read more 'Project Runway's' Tim Gunn on Kirstie Alley's Weight Loss:
