Totally immersed in the 3D Lion King. I saw the theater version. A beautifully adapted film. My grandes ages 5 and 7 loved it. Several fly-byes appeared to be at arms distance--3D today is vastly improved. Recommend to all.

I'm personally a little ticked off that Disney thinks we need this. It's the same damn movie. We've all already seen it and probably own it. Yes, it's a fantastic movie.

But Disney now wants to RESELL it to us? And make us pay a higher price just for some post-production 3D? People, think about where you're allowing Hollywood to take the world of cinema. Right back around for the sake of money?

I was one of the lucky people who got to go to The Lion King 3D World Premiere at El Capitan Theater. I really enjoyed seeing The Lion King on the big screen. The 3D effect made it even better.
