Seems like with thousands in attendance each superbowl, EVERY superbowl ticket would be, oh, just a bit more than 47. did you mean A ticket to every super bowl? Probably.

Man i cant believe that back in the day tickets were 10 dollars. I think even back in 67? that was pretty resonable. Now you have to spend your life savings to have a family go. It?s a bit ridiculous. But then again who else is gonna pay a player 80 million dollars. Ugh!

"World Championship". Ridiculous. It was originally a championship game between the winners of two leagues both entirely in one country. Now it is the championship of one league entirely in one country. Why isn't Super Bowl champion enough? Why does it have to be "World Championship"?

Because Wold Champion sounds better than North American Champion?And America IS the world?didnt you get the memo? Now the World Series Champ I can understand as it was originally the World Series paper that sponsored it (I believe)

we have almost every ticket framed hanging in our office at work. The last year that is in there is the Pats 3rd Super Bowl win but being a ticket broker we still have tickets from every Super Bowl since. Its cool to have just to see the difference in price over the years.

Prices: The average increase is 12.7% per year. SB XXX went up 75% from a year earlier. Only twice has the price gone down. At that rate tickets will cost $4,000 in ten years and SB CII in 2068 will cost a million dollars. Huh. Are the prices the same no matter where the seat is?

I've never understood why they call it the "World Championship" when the only two countries in the world to play football are Canada and the US. Even then we have different rules.
