Charlie Sheen get roastedOn the same day a staggering 28million American viewers tuned in to watch Ashton Kutcher take over on Two and a Half Men, Comedy Central presented a comedy roast for the fired lead actor, Charlie Sheen. And what a roast it was. It featured some of the best lines in comedy history plus someone breaking their nose on television for no reason.
Firstly, let?s address the broken nose thing. The video is below. Jackass? Steve-O thought it would be funny to *run into* Mike Tyson?s fist. This is not a euphemism. He actually ran into the fist of a champion boxer for the sake of comedy. He then started bleeding profusely from his nose and stated that he?d broken it ? almost with pride. The others looked on, unimpressed. There are no words. He is on the TV show Jackass for a reason, clearly.
Secondly, let?s take a moment to really appreciate the gags that came out of this roast. They covered all the low points (should that be ?high? points?) of Charlie Sheen?s life thus far: the drug addiction, losing his kids, domestic violence, snorting coke off hookers, public meltdown, getting fired off the most successful comedy show in the US?the list goes on. These jokes were unforgiving. Talk about cutting. Here are the best ones:
?If you?re winning, this must not be a child custody hearing. The only time your kids get to see you is in reruns?don?t you want to live to see their first twelve steps??
