The CHSAA A division intersectional playoffs begin on Saturday at Mount St. Michael. Iona Prep is the only local team involved, but the Gaels certainly have as good a chance as anyone at winning it all.
Because Iona Prep won the CHSAA?s New York-A division, they don?t tip in the playoffs for nearly two more weeks. They?ll hope big man Tim McCarthy is back from injury by then. He strained his Achilles on Friday against White Plains.
josh, just in case you missed my comment on seeds for AA, Mount is #3.your placing them #4 was wrong and as my e mail this A.M. stated they had shoot for #3.it was like when they called dewey president over trumen.
jt, i wish we could meet and i would bet whatever you want they reach final at the mount.i was only pointing out what i thought was obvious,the final seeds as josh reported were not final.he gave senerios for #5,6,7 etc. but st ray was 3 and mount was 4.still no word from josh, he or somebody jumped the gun.at 11 a.m. i tried to correct them.also jt,lets not name call.

Sorry. You are not a big baby but you sound like one. Someone gets a seeding wrong or a ranking wrong and people go off. You should be happy Mount is even covered here. Mount is a NYC school and all but one of their league?s teams are in this area. Mount is covered by the Daily News, The Post and Newsday. Why are you complaining here?
