View full size photo »Sherdog has uploaded all the fights from last night/this morning's One FC card that took place in Singapore. The main event was a bout between Eduard Folayang and A Sol Kwon. I just got back from the Singapore Indoor Arena where ONE FC hosted their first show dubbed as "Champion vs. Champion" in front of thousands of screaming fans. The presentation and the venue looked really good, the event ran smoothly, and more importantly, the fights were pretty fun. As expected from a debuting promotion, they did have a few tiny things to work on, but overall, it was an excellent first show, and the promotion showed a lot of promise.

by Tats16 on Sep 4, 2011 11:46 AM EDT reply actions yeah Kelly/Chilson was awesome, my stream when out before that fight as well. Over all I was pretty impressed with OneFC. They have fantastic fight turn around, never more than 2-3 mins between fights and had nice pre fight (music after the walk ins) drums things going on.
That being said, I still think a very dominant wrestler would control most of these guys. They don?t have a 10 must system so I still think that?s the real ?test? for One FC to prove themselves on. Wouldn?t mind seeing Kawajiri ?Crusher? in this org to test out the theory.
Great timing for OneFC as well. The UFC isn?t really doing anything for their asian expansion and I really don?t think they?ll put a card on in asian for at least a year. Plenty of time for OneFC to put on several more cards and get their name out there.
