Nargis Bagheri has stripped for a new ad for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). Conveying the message of cruelty on horse, the ad quotes ?Don?t get taken for a ride, horse-drawn carts are cruel?. The actress is seen mounted on a horse dummy with her whole body covered with her long hair.
With this ad, the actress wants to highlight the plight of horses which are used for commercial purposes like for carrying heavy loads and joyrides. "Horse carts are cruel and outdated and should be relegated to the history books ... in the city, the mix of horses and traffic can make for a lethal combination for horses and passengers," the PETA ad further quotes.
Although this thingie might trigger off controversy, Nargis is unconcerned about it and says that it is not scandalising. She said that she always wanted to work for the cause. Revealing behind the scenes titbits, the actress shared, ?I wore a body suit during the shoot. Later corrections were done to make it seem as though I am not wearing anything in the final image.?
