Dear Sir, this is to inform you that our MTNL line is giving problem since 1 week and I have lodged a complaint in MTNL, the docket number for which is 113774 but no response so far from the MTNL. This is very bad.
Dear Sir/Madam, I have ported Dolphin prepaid MTNL 99252169 to Airtel on 6.6.2011 and on 18.6.2011 it got activated. On 6.7.2011, the services on incoming and outgoing calls or sms stopped till this date. I am a social worker and so many people contact me and I too have to contact often people.
