Awards season dressing has our attention here at All the Rage. Los Angeles Times fashion critic Booth Moore picked the best and worst from the People's Choice Awards on Wednesday. Take a look at our photo gallery. Stars turned out again Thursday for the Critics' Choice Movie Awards, where "The Artist" took top honors. You can get an idea of the variety of fashion that was on display in the photo above showing cast members from "The Help," which won the award for best acting ensemble. Booth picked the best and worst from this event too.

And at Sunday's Golden Globes, be sure to look for the "green" carpet. Colin Firth's wife, Livia, is sponsoring her Third Annual Green Carpet Challenge, and will be clad in a Giorgio Armani gown made of eco-friendly material. Expect to see other "green" gowns from the likes of Chanel, Tom Ford, Gucci, Stella McCartney and more. [Racked]

Dolly Parton and Queen Latifah went on the "Today" show on NBC on Thursday to talk about their new film, "Joyful Noise." In the film, Queen Latifah's character makes some cracks about the "procedures" undergone by Parton's character -- which strikes close to home because in real-life Parton has been open about how much work she's had done. And in the movie she cracks back that God didn't make plastic surgeons just to let them starve. During the interview, Parton confessed she feels she is an "artificial-looking thing" -- but I think she means that in a good way! [Today Entertainment]

Target is changing its design collaboration model -- you know, the one that brought us Missoni for Target over the summer, among others. Instead of collaborating with one designer at a time, the retailer plans to open pop-up shops, called "The Stores at Target," featuring higher-end retailers selling stuff at more affordable prices. A Nike factory has agreed to pay almost $1 million in overdue overtime to about 4,500 Indonesian workers. The agreement is being called precedent-setting. [Guardian]

Lindsay Lohan's ads for German designer Philipp Plein are out, as I said Thursday. I also said something about hoping she'll stay out of trouble now. Nope. Turns out the feds are coming after her for allegedly failing to pay almost $94,000 in income taxes. [Los Angeles Times]

TMZ has sources who say the ring Olivier Martinez gave Halle Berry -- the one she's wearing on the third finger of her left hand -- is not an engagement ring. Even though the jeweler who designed it said it was and even though Martinez's ex-girlfriend, Kylie Minogue, tweeted her congratulations. Only time will tell. [Huffington Post]
