CAROL BURNETTE!!! Growing up, I watched her comedy show with Tim, Harvey & Vicki religiously. She was one of THE BEST things about my childhood and I adore her. Meeting her is on my crazy life to-do list and how I would *LOVE* to cross that one off! My friends tease me about that list all the time, but hey-dream big, live big! Here?s hoping!
I would love to meet Carol. Her show was a classic and I it was always fun to see the actors trying to suppress a laugh during the skits.
Carol for sure! When I was a kid I broke my arm but my Mom waited to see the end of the Carol Burnett Show before taking me to the hospial for a cast.I?ve forgiven her & would love to take her to the show!!LOL!
Carol?s humour has always be a huge part of my life. For example,in 1991 it was my last day at work at this ?oh-so-posh? ladies wear store at West Edmonton Mall and I wanted to leave a lasting impression with the owner of the store. So I dressed as a spazzy/mop woman wearing rubber boots, pink fuzzy earmuffs, fanny pouch, long coat and began to dry mop the carpet area of the store.Yes,I do have a picture or two of my sexy self that day. When he first walked into the store I made sure to keep my back to him and kept mopping into him.Carol, you create comedy everywhere!! THANK YOU!
I would love to meet Carol Burnett. I loved her show when I was growing up and my favorite skit was the one where she was Scarlet Ohara from Gone with the wind and she used the drapes to fashion the most hilarious dress!! What a great Sunday night family show it was.
Id love to see Betty White, I used to watch The Golden Girls every day when I was a kid!! Carol Burnett is amazing too, takes me right back to my childhood in the 70?s!
Oh my goodness, I would love to ask Betty White a question! She is one of the only comedians who makes me really and truly laugh out loud.
I?d love to see them all. Carol Brunette?I watched her almost everyday after school. But I?d go see Margaret Cho. I like her stand up, how it?s got a political, and social edge. Plus I?d like to see how her stuff has changed over the years. Tough choice overall?2 legends and one great young one!
I like the entire trio ? but wiggly-eared Carol is my favourite. She is an icon of comedy. To be in the same space as this person who is considered the royalty of entertainment would be an honour.
Although I loved the Carol Burnett show more than the Golden Girls, I think Betty has made herself more relevant today. Betty all the way!
